The first Golden Pear Cafe opened November 12, 1987 at 99 Main Street in Southampton, New York.   Keith E. Davis, founder and president, had realized his dream of opening his own high quality gourmet cafe.

Since that time, the company has opened Golden Pear Cafes in villages throughout the Hamptons on the Eastern End of Long Island's South Fork.  East Hampton opened in 1991, Bridgehampton in 1996, and Stony Brook in 1998.

It is our mission, at The Golden Pear Cafe, to provide our customers with an extraordinary experience every time they visit our establishment.

We serve freshly prepared, high-quality, distinctive foods and beverages in a warm, comfortable and clean environment.

We strive to provide our customers with service that exceeds their expectations through courtesy, efficiency and care.

We believe that the The Golden Pear Cafe is a place where our customers can come to escape the daily grind, treat themselves to something delicious and be refreshed.
